Brief History

ABC was established in 2002, under the name of Al-Beshara Company. ABC is fully Egypt owned company with paid-up capital of $100 Thousand USD. For the past 8 years, our organization has grown and established a solid reputation in the business community and with our technology partners for developing and deploying dynamic, robust and flexible solutions built on leading edge technologies.

  • Ministry of Health – State of Kuwait
    Date: 2005 - present
    Project(s): Total Hospital Management Information System for Farwaniya, Mubarak & Jahra Hospitals.
    Brief: This project involves implementing a complete Hospital Management Information System, for 3 major hospitals in Kuwait. The project involves a complete turnkey solution Covers Software, Hardware, Networking, Cabling, Maintenance, Integration, and Training.
  • Ministry Of Finance – State of Kuwait
    Date: 2008 - Present
    Project(s): Government Financial Management Information System.
    Brief: We have in-depth expertise and proven success in the implementation of the complete suite of Oracle applications. We offer full-service capabilities to support Oracle implementations globally including experienced Oracle practitioners, Oracle-specific technology and techniques, education and training, and dedicated software laboratory and solution centers. Combining Oracle experience with our industry and technical expertise, we provide the most complete Oracle implementation services available.
  • Civil Services Commission – State of Kuwait
    Date: 2002 - 2003
    Project(s): Human Resource and Management System and Portal.
    Brief: This project involved building a completely web-based system to handle all aspects related to human resources, development, recruitment, career tracking, performance appraisals, and all other related HR activities as carried out by the CSC for employees in the State of Kuwait.
    The system enables CSC to connect electronically between departments, across departments, between finance and administration ministries, and to various other sources.
    This is the first official e-government project successfully completed in Kuwait and the largest web based HRMS system developed and deployed in the Gulf and Middle East region.
  • Ministry of Justice – State of Kuwait
    Date: 2002
    Project(s): Web Portal and Electronic Judicial System.
    Brief: This project involves the development of a completely electronic case/docket flow for all legal proceedings transpiring in and in conjunction with the MOJ.
    Subscribers to the MOJ system (civil and commercial) will be enabled through the MOJ portal to file legal proceedings and complaints, inquire about status of various pending cases and filings, make changes or additions to existing cases and filings, as well as engage in many other activities with MOJ.
    Internal activities at the MOJ facilities will also be electronic and incorporate workflow processes within the departments as well as between MOJ and other ministries.
  • Council of Ministries – State of Kuwait
    Date: 2002 - 2003
    Project(s): Portal, Web Design, Web Based Applications.
    Brief: This project involves building a portal and website to enable internet based facilities for external access for services and inquiries, as well as web based applications for complete automation of all departments for their internal processes and activities.
  • Ministry of Communications – State of Kuwait
    Date: 2002 - 2003
    Project(s): Comprehensive Electronic Billing System & e-Payment, Postal Operations.
    Brief: Under the MOC there are various areas that we have provided IT and consultancy services.
    The first project is a billing system that includes the following: billing and customer care management, collection management, invoicing, integrated voice inquiry and response system, activation/deactivation system, hot billing facility, automated directory query system, financial system, payment gateway and help desk support. Second, is a fully automated and modern postal operation that will facilitate the delivery of letter mail, parcels, express mail.
    Additional facilities include track and trace on all mail items, and value added electronic services for both public sector and commercial entities.
  • Kuwait University – State of Kuwait
    Date: 2002
    Project(s): Facility Network Upgrade, Student Registration System, and Systems integration for new and existing systems.
    Brief: This project involved several items (see below) and involved connecting facilities in various different areas of Kuwait (Khaldiya, Adaliya, Shuwaikh, Jabriah...etc).
    In laying the foundation for KU, they have evolved to such a point that the IT services department has recently received an award based upon their progress in information technologies and applications development for their internal processes (i.e., registration systems, etc.).

  • Manpower Department – State of Kuwait
    Date: 2002
    Project(s): Web based recruitment for Unemployed Kuwaiti Citizens.
    Brief: The objective of this project is to provide a means to assist unemployed Kuwaitis in two ways,
    1. Obtain employment
    2. Receive compensation during periods of unemployment.

    This project involves building a web based recruitment system that will allow ministries and departments to post positions, inquire about eligible applicants, track their movement through the recruitment process, and place unemployed Kuwaiti citizens into appropriate positions.
