Analysis Team Leader
Position Description: The ideal candidate will actively work with customers to understand and analyze business needs. Gather and document business and system requirements. Develop requirements specification document using UML Technology. Bridge the gap between the customer and the development team. Help the customer in defining the business and functional requirements and disseminating this information to all concerned parties. Maintain strong communication with the customer on all requirements-related aspects. Reconcile different needs from various stakeholders. Conduct requirements analysis and translate user requirements into implementable functional requirements. Resolve ambiguities that may occur during any stage of the project life cycle.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or any related discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience in the software requirements analysis field.
- Experience/understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis.
- Experience in producing statements of work, business requirements documents & functional specifications.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- Ability to supervise and mentor younger analysts
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple terms, in an organized way.
- Ability to plan and work towards more than one project deadline, with minimal supervision.
