About This Project

We have provided the MOC with many IT and consultancy services.
The first project is a billing system that includes the following: customer care manage-ment, collection management, invoicing, integrated voice inquiry and response system, activation/deactivation system, hot billing facility, automated directory query system, financial system, payment gateway, and help desk support.
The second project is a fully automated and modern postal operation that facilitates the delivery of letter mail, parcels, and express mail.
Additional facilities include track and trace on all mail items and value added electronic services for both public sector and commercial entities.
