About This Project

This project involves the creation of a comprehensive suite of HR and personnel applications designed to provide complete solutions for managing human resources and pay-roll in governmental organizations, or large private organizations. Its major strength lies in the successful combination of modern technologies with knowledge of HR Management all to meet the administrative and financial needs of any type and size organizations. The system enables CSC to connect electronically between departments, across departments, between finance and administration ministries, and to various other sources with multi-channel web based applications. (KIOSK, IVR, PORTAL) This solution Is currently implemented in 40 ministries for over 350,000 employees.
